Option “A” - Pre-Consulting for Large Companies:

Large companies generally hire Multinational Consultants to perform their annual audit.

Generally, the same staff that audits the Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and Credit Departments are the same ones that “audit” the processes, times and costs of the operations carried out in the Foreign Trade Department, despite not being specialized in this area.

To make up for this common market failure, we have developed a system to detect and analyze structural problems in everyday processes related to customs, freight, logistics, cost calculation, transit times, etc. and implement the appropriate actions to correct structural deviations.

 

Option “B” - Consulting for SMEs and / or Feasibility study for new ventures:

We carry out an exhaustive review of all the processes trying to adapt the available resources of each small and medium-sized company to the solution of the problems and deviations detected.

We study the previous logistics, the means and the way of shipping the different merchandise that are decisive in the success or failure of the business since deviations in the transit / delivery times of the merchandise and / or in the calculation of costs mean loss in the profitability and non-compliance with the commitments assumed with its customers.

We also carry out feasibility studies for new ventures.
